- Issues arising from improper assembly, maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.
- Minor variations in color, texture, or grain, which are natural characteristics of certain materials.

- Clear photos or videos of the issue.
- A detailed description of the problem.
- Claims must be submitted within the warranty period.
Shipping Damage
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure safe delivery. Upon receiving your order:
- Inspect the packaging and product for any visible damage before signing.
- If damage is identified, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours.

Warranty Statement
During the warranty period, we are committed to providing you with satisfactory services if there is any problems. To ensure you have full product warranty benefits, please read the following parts carefully:
We certify as below (excluding for wearing parts):

All products offered by Yoocell are covered 2-year limited warranty period from the date of placing the order (excludingfor wearing parts).

Wrinkling vinyl on all chair's seating surfaces is normal and is not a defect. All chairs will progressively do this with age and use.

To ensure the optimal performance and safety of your electric mirror station, it is imperative to enlist the services of a qualified professional electrician for installation. Any damages incurred due to improper installation or unauthorized modifications will not be covered under warranty.

Our warranty on shampoo units guarantees that they are free of material and workmanship-related defects and that they perform their intended service reliably and efficiently for a period of 2-years. This only applies under normal use and only when installed and serviced by a licensed professional. The warranty is void if installation and service are performed by someone other than a licensed professional. Please check with local plumbing codes to ensure that you are compliant.

A licensed plumber must perform all installation for plumbing and all plumbing-related equipment. Failure to do so will result in the warranty being voided. Documentation must be provided to Yoocell for all plumbing-related warranty issues.

Please be advised that minor variations inleather color may occur due to differences between batches of leather used in manufacturing.

Our instruments are all by national standards, with a two-year warranty. If there are quality problems during use, they can be repaired for free within two years.
Wearing Parts are covered under a 1-year warranty from the date of placing the order as below:

Footrest, reclining hydraulic rod, gas lift of hydraulic chairs

Faucets & sprayer parts of shampoo units

Wheels & gas lift of salon stool

The warranty does not extend to the following:

The cost of wearing parts is excluded from warranty coverage.

Failures resulting from physical damage, improper operation, unauthorized modifications to the product, attempted repairs, or any natural or man-made disasters are not covered.

Staining or discoloration of chair vinyl due to normal wear and tear, caused by client clothing (dye in jeans, skirts, etc), use of hair color or bleach is not covered under warranty.

Any fading due to sunlight exposure is not covered under any circumstances.

Damage to the instruments or any products offered by Yoocell caused by accidentally falling on the ground is not covered under warranty.
All warranty requests must receive prior approval from Yoocell. If any warranty issues arise during the warranty period, please contact your sales consultant promptly. Upon receiving feedback, we will provide a favorable solution for all parties involved based on the actual situation.
