STATEMENT

COLOR&SIZE&PRODUCT DIFFERENCE.

  1. Due to the different pixels and light of the mobile phone, there may be a slight color difference between the product and the actual product. The actual product shall prevail.
  2. Due to different personal measurement methods, the actual product may have an error of 1-3CM. Please understand! thank you.
  3. Some of our product pictures are 3D pictures, the real product is base on the real picture.

ABOUT RETURN POLICY

Notice: All the furniture are made custom to order. We cannot accept returns on customized items.

ABOUT SHIPPING

1. Cost: The price is included the delivery fees. That includes shipping cost and we help you to clear the custom, pay the port fee, deliver to your address. Included the taxes fee. (If it is not included the taxes fee, we will update it via email).

2. Shipping way: Since the volume of furniture is quite big, so most of our goods are shipped by sea to the port and then by truck to your address.

ABOUT TIME

None of our items are available immediately as they are all custom.

Accessories take 1-3 weeks to manufacture.

Furniture takes 2-4 weeks to manufacture.

Total it needs 8-12 weeks plus shipping time. (It might be delayed due to port congestion sometimes).

You will receive updates along the way on your order status: order placed, in production, preparing to ship, in transit, and delivered.

WHEN RECEIVED THE GOODS

When signing for the goods, the receiver should pay attention to check the status and quantity of the goods. In the unfortunate event of damage or loss, the receiver must make a note on the receipt. The request will be made within 5 days from the date of receipt. It is convenient for our company to help to submits a claim application for the receiver.

c. If there is missing any accessories or any broken items, please show us pictures and video as detailed as you could within 10 days. And make a list you need(items name, quantity) We will feedback to the warehouse and factory, and arrange to resend ASAP.
