Order Questions

To make the shipping more worthwhile, our minimum quantity is 3pcs.

Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team to ensure your order has been processed.

None of our items are available immediately as they are all custom. Accessories take 1-3 weeks to manufacture.

Furniture takes 2-4 weeks to manufacture.

Total it needs 8-12 weeks plus shipping time.

You will receive updates along the way on your order status: order placed, in production, preparing to ship, in transit, and delivered.

All the furniture are made custom to order. We cannot accept returns on customized items.

Yes. If your order has not shipped yet we can refund you 50% of the total purchase amount. 50% is retained as a restocking fee for beds that have been manufactured.

Most of our furniture are fully assembled. Some chairs only need to install a few screws or install the oil pump, we will also attach the installation instructions.

24 months warranty after purchase. If any aspect is defective we will assist in having it repaired locally for you or send spare parts to you accordingly.

Shipping Questions

Yes! Since the shipping cost range is different. The price on this website is only suitable for some countries.

If you are from other countries and want to place an order, please contact info@yoocellbeauty.com. Our Sales will contact you accordingly.

The price is included the delivery fees. That includes shipping cost and we help you to clear the custom, pay the port fee, deliver to your address. Included the taxes fee. (If it is not included the taxes fee, we will update it via email)

Please note: Extra shipping fees apply for orders under $3000, based on your location.

Usually it doesn’t need. Our goal is to provide accuracy in all prices, delivery rates, and other information. All pricing is in USD and is subject to any applicable taxes or duty/import charges according to local laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change.

There may be errors in the prices, descriptions, or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items and correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

If there is missing any accessories or any broken items, please show us pictures and video as detailed as you could within 5 days. And fill out a request form(items name, quantity) We will feedback to the warehouse and factory, and arrange to resend or repair ASAP.

Yes, if you have an agent in China to help you arrange the delivery, you can ask your agent/forwarder to pick up the goods in our warehouse. We are in Foshan China.
