Shipping Methods

  1. In-Stock Items

    • For items listed as "US In Stock", we offer fast delivery within 1 week of order confirmation. Only for US market. 
    • Orders will be processed immediately upon confirmation, and you will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
  2. Custom and Made-to-Order Items

    • For custom or made-to-order furniture, the production time typically takes 4-6 weeks depending on the product. After production, shipping time is generally 2-3 months via sea freight.

Delivery Process

  1. Order Confirmation

    • After placing your order, our team will process it and confirm the details. For in-stock items, this process is completed within 1-2 business days. For custom orders, we will send you a production timeline.
  2. Shipping Notification

    • Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email with tracking information to keep you informed throughout the delivery process.
  3. Customs Clearance

    • Yoocell manages the export process, but customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in their destination country.
  4. Final Delivery

    • If you selected door-to-door delivery, the local courier service will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
    • For port-to-door deliveries, you will be notified when your order has arrived at the port and will need to coordinate with the local delivery service to complete the final delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs depend on the size and destination of your order.
  • You will be provided with the exact shipping cost during checkout before finalizing your purchase.

Customer Responsibilities

  1. Accurate Shipping Information

    • Please ensure the delivery address and contact information you provide at checkout are accurate to avoid delays.
  2. Delivery Inspection

    • Upon receiving your order, inspect the product for any visible damage. If you notice any issues, please take photos and report them to us immediately.
  3. Receiving Large Shipments

    • Ensure that your delivery location is accessible for large furniture shipments and has adequate space to receive and accommodate the product.

Shipping Delays & Exceptions

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, some factors are beyond our control, such as port congestion, customs delays, and global supply chain disruptions. If there are any delays or changes to your delivery schedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative solutions.
